Prier Trucking LLC was founded in 2019 by Douglas Prier, a determined young entrepreneur with a lifelong dream of owning and operating his own trucking company. At just 20 years old, Douglas turned his vision into reality, purchasing a brand-new truck and a dry van trailer to begin hauling freight throughout the state of Iowa. Driven by ambition and a strong work ethic, it wasn’t long before he expanded his services by acquiring a flatbed trailer, allowing the company to diversify its freight offerings and reach new markets.
What began as a one-man operation quickly grew into a thriving business built on reliability, efficiency, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. Today, Prier Trucking LLC has evolved into a well-established and respected name in the transportation industry. With a fleet that now includes seven company-owned trucks and a network of dedicated owner-operators, the company proudly runs freight across all 48 contiguous states.
